Tayside Advice Project

 

This is a new service providing advice and information for the residents of Tayside, particularly those who are affected by the recession.

All services are free, confidential, independent and impartial.

Trained advisers can provide general information and advice on a wide range of issues
with specialist help for benefits, employment, housing or debt issues, Representation at
court or tribunal may be available but will be offered on a case-by-case basis and
subject to demand.

Tuesday8 am - 10 am
Wednesday4 pm - 7 pm
Thursday2 pm - 4.30 pm
Friday8 am - 10 am
Saturday10 am - noon (Last Saturday of each month)

Outwith these hours you can leave a message and an adviser will contact you on the
next working day.

Please give as much information as possible about your enquiry and let us know how
we should reply — we can e-mail you, telephone or send a written reply in the post. We
aim to respond to e-mails within 5 working days - usually we are able to reply within a
day or two, but if your enquiry is urgent then you may wish to use one of our telephone
lines.
