The service provides free advice and assistance to people pursuing or defending small claims and summary cause actions. The advisor can advise you on your case, negotiate with the other party, complete the court forms and help you through the court process as you progress with your action.

 In Court Advice - Housing Issues

 Housing issues can be dealt with in court by Shelter. The service provides in-court assistance to individuals with rent arrears or other housing problems. The Project can offer information and advice, provide representation where appropriate and refer clients to other relevant agencies for follow-up work.
