Dundee Citizens Advice Bureau
The Dundee Citizens Advice Bureau offers free confidential, impartial and independent information, advice and assistance on a wide range of enquiry areas to the residents of Dundee. On those occasions when we cannot offer such help, we aim wherever possible to direct you to someone who can.
The Citizens Advice Bureau helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers. We are an independent local charity set up to provide help and advice to everyone.
Our aims are to ensure that people do not suffer through lack of knowledge about their rights and responsibilities, lack of knowledge about services and help available to them, or the inability to express their needs effectively. We also try to influence the development of policies at a local and national level.
